The "Setting Up An Application" tutorial is missing. PLZ HLP KTHX

Indeed the setting up an application page is missing, and without it the tutorials are largely inaccessible (they require python path set up properly to import SampleFramework). --TheTrav 23:07, 28 March 2009 (CDT)
